And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds,  not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another —and all the more as you see the Day approaching.  Hebrews 10:24-25
Although not every day is like Psalm 23:4, residency can be tough ... physically, mentally and spiritually. Frequently deprived of sleep, fellowship, and food, residents and fellows can feel isolated.
You are not alone!

To facilitate fellowship during this particularly challenging season of training, we encourage the following gatherings:

  • Annual Picnic in Central Park for Residents and Fellows
Each year before the traditional July 1st starting date for new interns, we host a picnic in Central Park to welcome incoming Residents & Fellows and bid a fond farewell to the outgoing ones. It's a special time of encouragement, prayer, and fellowship.
  • Regular Monthly Gatherings for Residents (organized by Dr. Karis Cho)
  • Regular "Praying for Doctors" Gatherings for Attendings and Residents
  • Quarterly Gatherings with an Attending Facilitator
